Leader Recruitment Program (LRP) UNIT HEAD is a leadership role in Manulife Philippines. We are looking for a leader who has strong background in sales leadership, management and should be able to build his/her own team of Financial Advisors.
The Unit Head is expected to put up his/her own financial services business. In doing so, he/she will build and lead a team of Financial Advisors working towards one goal - empower people to live better lives.
The primary duty of the Unit Head is to continuously recruit Financial Advisors, develop them to become masters of Financial Needs Analysis and to develop financial advisors to be a future leader.
• This is a Manulife partnership position.
Recruitments, sales management, leader development training will be provided to successful candidates.

- Meet the key performance indicators (KPIs) provided by the company through recruitment, selection, and training matched with production,
